Public meeting on infertility
Monday, 07 August 2006

The British Fertility Society are holding their Summer Conference this year in at the University of Strathclyde in Glasgow in the first week of September.

Infertility Network UK have been asked to work with the BFS to arrange a public 'open meeting' during the event.  This will be held on Wednesday 6th September from 6-8pm with a panel of experts answering questions from the audience.

This is the first time that this national conference has opened its doors to the public in such a way and it is a great opportunity for patients, patient representatives, clinicians and all those working in the field of infertility to come along and participate.

It is important that we publicise this event as widely as possible and I have attached a flyer which you can use to help promote the event.  We will be sending copies of the poster to the main clinics, asking them to advertise the event but I would like to ask you to help by emailing your contacts, adding details of the event to your website and any magazines or other publications.  We hope to encourage as many people as possible to come along to the meeting so any help you can give in promoting the event would be appreciated.

If you would like further details please do not hesitate to contact me.

Regards
Susan
