Chat Room Rules and Policy

This chat system is offered as a free community service. Although we highly support free speech, we also recognise that it is important for people to respect the rights of others. We endeavor to create a fun and exciting environment for our users - a place where we will not tolerate behavior that is inappropriate for users of all ages or disrespectful or harmful to others.

Rules

• Be nice and treat all users with respect. Rudeness will not be tolerated on this server. Do not harass, threaten or embarrass chat system participants, or other individual or entity.
  
  
• No profanity, obscenity, statement derogatory to race, sex or creed, or other inappropriate activity is allowed on the chat. We want this to be fun for everyone, so keep it clean please.
  
  
• There is allowed no transmission of any information, data, text, files, links, software, chat, communication or other material that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, hateful, racially derogatory or otherwise objectionable.
  
  
• No person may impersonate any other actual person.
  
  
• The posting or transmission of any unsolicited advertising, promotional materials, or any other forms of solicitation in chat system is prohibited.
  
  
• The chat rooms may be monitored or logged for maintenance or security purposes (including private rooms). This information will not be sold or released to a third party, except as required by law.
  
  
• We reserve the right to remove, gag, or ban any chatter at our sole discretion.
  
  
• We assume no liability for the content of any message.
  
  
• If you are found responsible for any other sort of user harassment, you may be banned indefinitely from chat and your ISP will be contacted. No warnings need be given!
  
  
• Saying you did not see this policy statement is not an excuse for rule violations. We ask for express understanding of its tenets when you login.
  
  
• No one may violate any local, national or international laws.
