We are an voluntary support community and rely on the generosity and kindness of others to enable us to operate and provide support. We ask that you take your donation seriously.

If you change your mind about a donation and would like a refund you must apply for it within 28 days of the initial transaction. You will need to provide in full the details of your transaction and show a copy of the "receipt" that was emailed to you at the time of donating. If your request for a refund doesn't contain all the needed information we may not be able to grant your refund. If you have previously requested two or more donations to be refunded, we reserve the right not to refund any subsequent donations.
