The HFEA are looking for patients who are in the process of or finished fertility treatment and want to share their stories. These stories will be used on our website and the Guide to Infertility and would be anonymous.

Your story could involve one or more of the topics below:

      * A type of treatment:  IVF, ICSI, IVM or PGD

      * Unexplained fertility

      * Suffering from side effects like ovarian hyper-stimulation syndrome (OHSS)

      * Blastocyst transfer or single embryo transfer

      * The cost of treatment

      * Your counselling experience

      * Unsuccessful treatment - Moving on 

      * Effects of fertility drugs and your experiences

      * Finding the right help

      * Triplets, twins and singletons

Tell us how the treatment progressed, if there were any difficulties and what tips or advice you have for new patients.
