Hi ladies, well our darling baby has arrived safely!!!
Lucie May was born on 10th April, 5lb 4oz via emergency induction at 35+6wks due to severe cholostasis. Both mummy and baby are doing great and all cholestasis symptoms disappeared!
It has been a very overwhelming week but one I will never forget!!
Awww congratulations wrxlas what a beautiful name, and a great weight for being so early. I hope you are both doing well and enjoying your precious little bundle!!
Rach-I know it's absolutely flown by...still forever grateful each day I feel baby move think I'm really gonna miss bump once he/she arrives...have truly loved each second of pregnancy with 24 weeks of sickness and worsening heartburn lol, already planning next cycle in my head, how's things with you and your gorgeous boys?
Hi ladies, congratulations to all the new mummy's!
I am just starting off at Shrewsbury and have my 1st appointment with Mr Sizer the consultant on the 21st May. I have been to see the nurse Claire and we have had all of our tests done. Everything seems to be ok so they don't know what is wrong with us.
I was wondering how soon from this appointment will we be starting? Do we have to go to the hospital for any more appointments before everything starts? I am so excited but really nervous too.
Hi Gemmad83. I've been under Dr Sizers care for 12 months now & I amazingly got my first ever BFP yesterday, this was my 5th clomid cycle. Shrewsbury staff are all lovely, you are in good hands, they might start you on clomid for 6 months first. Have you had an appointment for your next consultation? Wishing you lots of luck xx
Hi KH1986,
I have already had 6 months of clomid, through the specialist at Wrexham, she has now referred us to Shrewsbury to start IVF. Congratulations on your BFP!! I bet you are really excited!!!
I am hoping this appointment will start the IVF procedure and we won't have to wait much longer. I am so impatient lol.
I'm thrilled to announce that our princess arrived last tues morning after a very very short labour we have named her Chloe and she weighed 7lb 4oz she has settled in very well and is an absolute treasure, our dream came true!
We're going to pop to Shrewsbury tomorrow to show them what they helped us to achieve and take them a little something to say thank you 😊
To those still ttc -Keep the faith ladies dreams really do come true xx
