It's completely understandable that you'd feel that way, but there are plenty of people who try for a second (or third, or fourth!) child when they have children already. Try to think of it like that. You are already a Mummy, but you'd like another child. You are in no way replacing Matilda and she knows that.  ^hugme^  I so hope that your next attempt brings you your happy ending. xxx

Wendycat - I feel the same as M2M. Having a second child isn't at all about replacing the first - each is a little person on their own right - so please try not to feel guilty about it.
Was thinking of you only today as Sam's second birthday is next week & we went through a lot of our p/g together - I especially remember all our nappy talk  ;)  In some ways it seems very distant doesn't it? And at other times it is just as if it were yesterday ...
Do let me know how you get along and will be sending lots of  ^pray^ ^pray^ ^pray^  your way,
Lirac x

I agree with the others, it os totally natural to want a sibling for your special little Matilda and she will be looking after them and glad that her mummy and daddy are happy and able to share their love xxxx

You will never forget Matilda, wanting another baby is the most natural instinct in the world and I truly hope and pray you get to fulfill your dreams soon. Life can be so cruel :( xxxxx

My little miracle.

I think about you every day. we put a fence around your grave, it looks so pretty! we're going to bring pebbles from the beach and shells and mummy has a beautiful bowl to plant lilac in which is going on your grave.

Everyday I look at the little pink suitcases with your things in, your kitty toy sitting on top wearing your booties.

My mind wanders back to the day we had you a lot at the minute. I think about you a lot at the minute.

My little poetry pamphlet, with all the poems about you in it has been reviewed in the Times. Mummy is so proud, now all those people that read the times know about you.

We love you so much.

We're nearly ready to start treatment again. I'm so frightened but so happy. Please know I'll never love you any less, no matter what happens.

Matilda's grave sounds so lovely.  ^hugme^  It's nice that you've been making it your/her own with little personal touches. That must help a lot.  :)  Big hugs Wendy. xxxxxx
