Hiya laird, that's great news about your AMH - funny isn't it when they say it can't ever go up! Are you sure both test were using the same scale, there's two different scales apparently.
More than happy to tell you about dates so far, but I would say (as other have) to expect the unexpected. Everyone has very different experiences and dates, which is good because they really tailor the treatment to your case.
I have regular periods, so we started treatment the cycle straight after our consultation on cycle day 21 (turned out to be 26 days after consultation). After the consultation they send you a letter, prescription and description of your protocol. You then have to ring Nurture on Day 1 and they book you in to a treatment slot. Had an appointment with a nurse on around cycle day 15 to sign the consent forms, pick up drugs and have an injecting lesson (if you DR with jabs). Then started DR jabs day 21 and wait for period (which is usually delayed) when you ring Nurture again and book in for DR scan, about a week later (will have been DR 2.5 wks then). So, after that scan I should find out when I start stimmin, which could be for between 7-21 days. Then I think you find out when EC is about 2 days before, then you won't know whether you're having day 2/3/5 day ET. So like others have said you really just have to try and go with the flow!
Not sure how this will work for you if you don't have periods, I'm sure they'll specifically tailor your meds because of that. You'll be able to ask loads of questions on the 9th, write them down so you don't forget anything! We'll certainly try and answer any questions in the meantime.
