Best of luck with Tom Steks, let us know how you get on. Ask DH to get the duvet out the wardrobe for your return to keep your embies warm! Theatre was freezing when I was down there 

A dud cycle for me this month on the letrozole (basically like clomid but newer, fewer side effects), looked promising for a while with 4 follies but none developed 
Back to the drawing board again.

On a happier note, christmas is in the air girlies, let the champers flow!

hi Girls how are you today? hope all is well. had my et today 2pm with Dr Munip, jinny were able to transfer 2 grade 1 embryos, one 4day and 3day embryo. So iam officially PUPO ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D , me and hubby are praying  ^pray^ ^pray^ ^pray^ ^pray^ ^pray^ ^pray^ ^pray^  our little ones snuggle in tight.  Thanks ladies for all yur support, i dont think i woud have made this far without your advice and well wishes. Zebee sorry to hear your cycle did not go as planned, i hope the next TX will be better. Sendylee, Quelle, Suzie, regards

AFM I have an other scan tomorrow. Hoping to find out flavours but most of all hoping all is still as it should be   :-\ My BP raises each and everytime I have a scan, not proud to admit it but I feel like I should always be cautious and keep reminding myself not to take things for granted... Hope I am not upsetting anyone and please do not think that I am ungrateful, I probably need a slap to bring me to my senses ;D On the other hand my boss learned that her mum has terminal cancer and she is off for the past month. I am close to her and it is very upsetting  :(  ^eyes^

Great news Steks. One thing about the jinny is that certainly seems to pump out nice grade one embryos, I don't know if rate of which is high.
Best of luck with the two week wait!!!

Quelle how exciting! I hope the scan brings you reassurance and that you sleep tonight! So exciting! Do let us know the flavours if your babies chose to let you know :-)

Izi/TC/Cal - Are you any further along in your plans?


I'm spending some time emailing various specialists for opinions. Dr Sher has been helpful and has particular expertise in pcos protocols. We will probably try the jinny one more time in January, but not sure about the
protocol, I think they are ammenable to suggestions though.

Ladies,
Came accross some intersting new drug on the FF boards. Wanted to share with you just in case...

Two of the Ladies I follow are in the mind of using a new drug that apperently helps embrio quality and implentation. It seems Dr Gorgy in London has recently started to PX it.

Also if you read the posts in that link an other lady, her nick name is Lieve, talks about Peripheral blood mononuclear cell (PBMC) usage to prevent Recurrent Implantation Failure (RIF). I have read the abstract she posted at the link and the numbers look encouraging. It seems like PBMC isolation is done thru blood so could also be interesting.

Ohh sorry ZB did not mean to worry you... Had to fly to an other city for an early meeting so just lost track :) All is well on the scan. So far so good :) Not sure about the flavour yet though! An other scan for that next week...
