Journey - Keep up the good work. I am also trying to lose some weight. I used to be quite slim before I started all this treatment and now I am huge. I wasn't too worried before..... as I was hoping to get even fatter. I am determined to be able to get into all my party dresses for Christmas.

Jen - Glad your back is better and you could go to the wedding. I know what you mean about feeling apprehensive. I echo what Caroline said, I have only had 2 treatment cycles but each one was very different (in the way my body reacted and how I felt).
AFM - We are going to the Fertility Show on Saturday so will give us the opportunity to talk to some other clinics and get a feel for what else is available. I have the follow up at the beginning of December at Guys. I suppose what I want to know (and don't know if they can even answer this) is if it is worth us continuing down this ICSI route. Because my FSH is a high 13.5 I was warned that I would be a poor responder, but first time I got 10 eggs and this time 9. Also there are male factor issues. But we have good fertilisation and good quality embryos at day 3 ....but they degenerate by day 6. Is it ever likely to work for us going down this route ...so many questions , but never any answers.
I am much better now and ready to fight on. I think I will look into all other options now, but not make any decisions whilst I am still a bit raw and emotional. So I am ready to start again in the new year with a good and positive attitude.
I would like to say a big thanks to all of you, it makes such a difference having you all here and your support, advice and kind comments.
