If you'd like to be added to the list, please let me know your EDD and if/when you find out whether you are having a girl or a boy, I will put a or Or if you want to stay Team Cream next to your name.
Thanks, Carrie-Lou, please add One Team Blue to my due date!
Hopefulshell - I don't know. Three more weeks and I'm in the third trimester! I can't believe it! It has felt like a long journey though. No offence to feel bored, but at the same time, realising how much more I need to buy!
31+2 and time is still going slowly. 😂 I actually think I'm going to burst if I get any bigger, predicting birth a few weeks early, I'm simply toooo big!
Hi everyone
Long time lurker here too! But I'd love to join
Due on Oct 16th and choosing not to find out the sex!
We haven't bought anything yet so figure I had best start getting into planning for what we need so I'm sure I'll be following all of your knowledge and ideas in the coming weeks.
Carrie - can you amend my EDD to 20/09/16 team cream!
I had my growth scan at 29 weeks on Tuesday, everything fine! They showed us babies face in 3D, had to admit baby looked like a boy with a big nose, no idea where that's come from!! Saw the consultant and was gutted to be told I will be kept in for 4-5 days after birth till they get my blood level right. There is no way I can manage on a noisy ward for that long, so pushing for a private room. DH's face was a picture he thought he was going to have to take baby home on his own!
Is anyone else around 29 weeks feeling really hormonal? I just seem to have cried everyday over the last week about stupid stuff!
Lol bex my girl has a huge nose it like either side of the family. Doesn't look particularly feminine either. Im31 weeks and every so often I feel incredibly hormonal.
Bexh2 - sorry to hear you'll be kept in after the birth but at least you know your doctors have got your best interests at heart. I can imagine my DH's face would have been much like yours if he too thought he would be left alone with a newborn
And as for being hormonal, ABSOLUTELY!! I'm 28 weeks tomorrow and it's like I've got constant PMT. I cry over the most stupid things too - things that aren't even sad! I'm either crying, shouting or so excited I could burst! I've just told DH to steer clear if I look to be in one of my 'moods' and ignore absolutely everything I may say in a moment of hormonal imbalance In fact I started to get mad the other night for absolutely no reason whatsoever and DH said 'put your hormones away'. It was cute the way he said it so it made me laugh but I reckon it takes a brave man to try to make a joke with a pregnant missus
Where are people at with knickers?! Mine are starting to get tight but can't decide if it's worth buying maternity ones or just getting some granny cheap ones from Asda? Who knew knickers and tights could ever actually be tight
Hope everyone is doing ok and counting down to the third trimester (or to the end for those ladies with EDD's at the start of September) x
Bex, my Twin 2 has a huge nose, so much that the obstetrician and midwife actually laughed about it at one scan. I was offended on poor bubba's behalf!
That's a shame you have to stay in after the birth Bex - but you'll be home before you know it
I can sympathise with the crying, I'm an emotional mess lately! I'm either really happy, flying of the handle at silly things, or in floods of tears!
Hopefulshell - my knickers are all tight too! It's just seemed to have happened all of a sudden! I invested in a pack of maternity tights from Mothercare, and although they were (in my terms) expensive, my god they are so comfy and worth every penny!
xx
