1.  How many ICSI's  until success?
Worked first time twice

2.  What was fertilisation rate like?
1st cycle 15 eggs- 6 fertilised only 2 remained to transfer. None to freeze
2nd cycle 12 eggs- 5 fertilised only 2 remained to transfer again none to freeze

3.  How many were transferred?
2 on each cycle

4.  Where they embies or blasts?
Blasts

5.  Was assisted hatching done?
No

6.  What was the embryo quality?
1st cycle AB blast and one that was not good enough to freeze
2nd cycle BC blast and one that was not good enough to freeze

7.  How long did you lay on the table after the transfer?
Stayed in bed for 30 mins I think, we had toast and tea first before I needed to get up to pee ;D

8.  Singleton, twins...or more?
Singleton

9.  What supplements are you both on?
Nothing during cycles but folic acid, multi vits for me. Put on aspirin by consultant as it was a fertility baby oh and vit d as I have arthritis  :)

10. Did you do accupuncture?
Dh did before 1st cycle but nothing after that

11. Any tips that you feel helped to bring you success?
Positive thoughts, visualisation, moxa sticks, maybe all the vits prior to treatment but whatever gives possitive thoughts and relaxation is always a good thing

12. Was sperm produced through TESE/PESA/TESA?
Pesa

    11. Any tips that you feel helped to bring you success? experienced specialists, hubby's support, positive thoughts, strong wish, trust to a clinic

    11. Any tips that you feel helped to bring you success? Cut out alcohol and caffeine 3 months before starting. All toiletries unscented, changed all cleaning/laundry products to environmentally friendly, no candles, no nail varnish, fertility hypnotherapy audio book

    9.  What supplements are you both on? nothing for hubby, I was on aspirin a week after transfer and been on estrogen and progesterone since transfer - we are 6w6d pregnant. I've continued with a daily multivitamin, selenium and vitamin E supplement

    10. Did you do acupuncture? no

    11. Any tips that you feel helped to bring you success? Prayer, trusted my Dr, no baths just shower since transfer, no caffeine and alcohol, rest and loads of water

    12. Was sperm produced through TESE/PESA/TESA? in a cup (not sure of medical term) lol

    No. We we're fortunate

    12. Was sperm produced through TESE/PESA/TESA?
    Tese. OH has azoospermia and surgery to remove blockage was unsuccessful

    6.  What was the embryo quality? 2 very good/ excellent. 1 average
    7.  How long did you lay on the table after the transfer? 5 minutes
    8.  Singleton, twins...or more? Singleton (19 weeks pregnant)
    9.  What supplements are you both on? I took fertil f and DH took fertilsan m for 4 months prior to treatment, I also took baby aspirin (75mg) throughout treatment and up to 12 weeks post BFP on advice from the clinic. I have carried on with my vitamins throughout pregnancy.
    10. Did you do acupuncture? No. I did for a previous NHS funded cycle which was abandoned due to no follicle response and felt for me it didnít make a difference.
    11. Any tips that you feel helped to bring you success? Good quality prenatal Vitamins for at least 3 months prior to starting treatment. Healthy balanced diet, high in protein. No alcohol and using a clinic that specialised in our problems (for me it was low amh/ poor response - we used Lister, London).
    12. Was sperm produced through TESE/PESA/TESA? No

    2.  What was fertilisation rate like? We got 12 eggs and 7 fertilised
    3.  How many were transferred? 1
    4.  Where they embies or blasts? Blastocyst (Only one other made it to blastocyst and has been frozen)
    5.  Was assisted hatching done? Don't know what this is
    6.  What was the embryo quality? They didn't tell me
    7.  How long did you lay on the table after the transfer? Not long at all. No more than 5 minutes.
    8.  Singleton, twins...or more? I have 8 week scan tomorrow
    9.  What supplements are you both on? My husband was taking picnogenal as well as male fertility all in one tablet, he also used frozen pants! I am on normal pre-conception tablets. Using them up before I move on to pregnancy ones.
    10. Did you do accupuncture? Only a few months ago, not during IVF. Our problem was mainly male factor though.
    11. Any tips that you feel helped to bring you success? My husband gave me a footrub each night during the 2ww. Sounds like I just wanted it doesn't it? Haha but my friend did the same and she was also successful (she didn't just have male factor infertility and is 4 years older than me, older hubby too).
    12. Was sperm produced through TESE/PESA/TESA? Don't know - he did it in a cup while I had egg retrievel
    13. Ages? I'm 32 and hubby is 30.

    Used to come and look on this thread a lot before and during ivf, it gave me a lot
    Of hope and I thought if I ever got a bfp Iíd fill it out myself, I still canít believe Iím doing that now. Still very early days as Iím only 9 weeks. 🙂

    13 eggs collected which was more than expected at scans, 10 mature and 5 fertilised.

    Top grade 5aa hatching blast
    7.  How long did you lay on the table after the transfer?
    About 10 seconds, really needed the loo

    9.  What supplements are you both on?
    Morrisonís own brand pregnancy multivitamins, during ivf I took a conception multivitamin and coq10. Dh took wellman and 1000mg of vitamin C.

    11. Any tips that you feel helped to bring you success?
    Try not to put too much pressure on yourself, easier said than done I know! I had a backup plan and saved money to have another round. We also had none left to freeze so tried not to pin all our hopes on the one transfer. My dh has severe male factor (counts of 1-3 million) so really thought it would maybe take about 3 goes. I was very negative all throughout it, so if you can try be a little more positive than I was x
