Hi ladies. I'm new here too and hope you don't mind me joining. I have unexplained infertility and have been tcc 3 yrs. Had my immunes done at argc and got the following results. Please  can someone help me understand a few things?
Nk56 12.2% and NK19 is 13.8%. Normal range is 12%. I suppose my questions are
1. Does everyone have immune issues - my results don't look too bad but will they increase during fertilisation and later in the cycle.
2. Has anyone had these results and got preggers either naturally or ivf without drugs and ivig?
3. I have a funded cycle of ivf at oxford but they dont believe immunes have any impact. Considering using them or sticking to ARGC. I was going to see Zita West for a second opinion but I'm sure she will say have the treatment with immune meds.

Hi Agate -
Just had my 6th failed IVF.  ut this time I am armed with the Chicago tests.  I am wondering whether you or other ladies in the know on this site might take a look at the results and provide some advice.  I have checked your FAQ to compare my results....as follows.  Last 2 IVFs I had prednisolone with intralipids...to no avail.
NK Assay - doesn't look too bad:

Cykotine Ratios - not that great - do I need Humira perhaps?
TNF-a:IL-10 (CD3+CD4+) = 37.6
IFN-g:IL-10 (CD3+CD4+) = 25.1

LAD - looks low....not so great - do I need LIT maybe?
[T-cells] IgM+      5.7%   
[T-cells] IgG+      5.1%   
[B-cells] IgM+      23.7%
[B-cells] IgG+      4.4%   

DQ Alpha test - no issues with partner

Lad is low but it may be normal as you haven't been pregnant recently.

Nks are basically normal.

TNFa is raised see cytokines in FAQ.

I'm pretty sure you could get it through serum or through any other greek pharmacy but I've never tried.

Agate, can you please help me to interpret KIR test result?

KIR genotyping (all within range)

Inhibitory  2DL1

I saw some other KIR results and there was a note 'missing' if something was missing.
All mine are within range, so does it mean nothing is missing and all is good?

you are missing all the activators.  see under GSCF in FAQ.  2ds4 doesn't count.  its usually not effective at KIR activation
