    Hi ladies

Just wanted some advice/viewpoint.  I have a frisky immune system with very high NK's (2.43 versus normal at 0.8) and for my next cycle I'll be on 40mg steroids and intrilipds.  I just wondered if there was any benefit in having intrilipids earlier than my actual cycle ie the month before and then 10 days before transfer?

Hi agate, iv just had blood clotting test done through GP along with thyroid & Anti A's but the results they have given me don't seem to correlate with anything on here! They have given me all times etc -
    Prothrombin time 24.6 sec
    APTT 24.6 sec
    Fibrinogen 2.9
APTR action - FSL ratio 0.9
    TSH 1.6
    T4 12.6
    B12 405
    Folate 20
Anti A results still not back ... Do any of these make sense to you!!
    Thanks in advance :)

    Hi Agate,

I've been taking 30 mg of Co-Q10 enzyme, high dose of fish oil and Resveratrol for inflammation....also took Humira to bring cytikones now....one of them has worked and I'm now in middle of medicated FET cycle...So I'm wondering do I need to carry on with the supplements? I've cleared the fishoil with my doctor, even if I'm on Clexane, but the other Co-Q10 enzyme and Resveratrol, he didn't comment on....what's your opinion?

By the way, I'm also on prescription Iron tablets and high dose folic acid.

    Thanks agate.
Does this mean CoQ10 is safe to continue with? How about vitamin D?
