Thanks Agate. Could you possibly  give me a list of tests that my GP might be able to check for me to get me started with investigating my immunes? Then I'm thinking about Dr Gorgy for the more advanced stuff. Thank you xxx

    Hi agate

just reading back your reply from before, it wasnt me that had thin lining on letrozole before as i havent tried it but interested as to whether letrozole can cause lining issues as mine was 8.7mm at ET on last cycle which isnt great so dont wont to get any worse.

    Thanks
    D xx

MOST women don't have lining issues on letrozole, but a few do... there isn't anything to do but to try it and see.

high protein - yes, because it helps lining growth.
omega 3 fish body oil - because it helps to thin the blood.

I'd also take a green supp like spirulina.

Hi agate, we've just had our 1st ivf cycle fail. Still coming to term with it but looking to the future. We are both 34 and has unexplained secondary fertility. My amh is 15.7.Dh SA was fine.I was on the short antagonist protocol with 150 peurgon. Initially I had 8 follicles but only 5 were at a decent size by EC (15-22mm). I got 4 eggs and 2 fertilised. I had a day 3 transfer with a 8 cell and 4 cell. Both grade 2a quality. Transfer was a bit difficult as they realised that I have a tilted uterus so took them a while to do it. I started bleeding heavily 12 days after transfer, I was still on the progestrone gel . Where do I go from here? I had a couple of autoimmune tests done but they came e back normal. Also how long would you recomend between cycles (both physically and mentally)?

    Hi Agate,
I've just seen your comment regarding Spirulina - we are not moving on to double donor & wondered if you would recommend & if so what dose.

I'm currently taking Zita West vitafem & vitafem boost, omega 3 & folic acid 5mg.

    Thank you

All has been fine in egg collection 15 and 17 ob both times
    over 50% fertilisation

me all good (as far as i know!) apart from adhesions caused by appendix from age 8
