i agree with mccrea- have you considered argh ( lister and create dont come close interms of ratings). seemingly they are good with low amh because unlike other clinics they tailor your protocol ( tweak things according to bloods etc). they dont put so much emphasis on amh by the way. you have a good antral follicle count and they are more concerned with fsh, needs to be below 10 to cycle with them ( yours is 9 so you should be fine). they have the best results in uk and many people go to them as 'last chance saloon'. they are expensive, as during your cycle you are into clinic every day for bloods which cost extra. they are leaders in the field in terms of reproducive immunology ( which is quite controversial though) and they also offer chromosomal screening of embryos.
argh is ivf bootcamp though. from what i have read you have to be in london for all the stimm phase ( in and out every day for bloods)- ive read there are 'no frills' and its quite tough going and very expensive. I live in ireland and have low amh. i am on last chance saloon too. Personally if i had the money ( im not sure our finances can stretch that far

) thats where id go.
best of luck. i think you are dead right to change clinic and try for somewhere better!!

ps be careful with dhea. not all fertility experts are fans of it ( concern over egg quality). Have you considered consulting nutritionist who specialises in fertility (m. glanville for instance). Some good quality supplements and key changes to yours and hubbys diet could make all the difference. you are better getting tailored diet from nutritionist.... also i presume your dh's sperm have been checked eg dna fragmentation ( can also effect embryo quality particularly as embryo develops from day 3 to blastocyst).
