I am new to this forum although I have read a lot of threads over my time TTC. I am 40 and have had several rounds of IVF since I was 37. The first we got a BFP but we lost our baby girl after complications at birth (long sad story) since then we have had 1 frozen round and 3 fresh ICSI cycles. My eggs have been poor in the fresh cycles but we get good embryos grade 4AB etc but no positives. Has anyone had a BFP from poor eggs but good embryos? Do my poor eggs mean the embryos are not genetically normal?
