acupuncture specialists/clinics in rochdale/oldham area

Hi folks, me and my OH are about to try for our 2nd child, we had successfull ICSI treatment at st Marys  , we are currently considering MFS or CARE for ICSI treatment but also have read a few posts about acupuncture, I have a low sperm count and would like to get some more info on acupuncture treatment, has anyone had treatment in the rochdale/oldham area who can recommend a specialist, what does it cost and did you see a improvement with sperm count/motility etc.
any info is greatly appreciated 
ps any other acupuncture clinics in greater manc would be considered

I used to have acupuncture at Dr Herbs in Heywood, but then she moved out and it got took over by some new ppl. I haven't been back since but i know that acupuncture helped me when i hadn't had a period for 5 years and went wth acupuncture i got a period 2 days later! There is another lady called Mei Xing who lives in the Sale area. She was also fantastic  ^hugme^although i haven't got her details on me right now. I would recommend her she was great. And she helped another couple i know conceive whose hubby had a low count. Worth checking out. Good luck

Hi there.  Yes I know an acupuncturist in Rochdale who specialises in fertility.  Her name is Louise and she is based at Valley acupuncture in Whitworth.  She seems to know a lot about it and is happy to talk to you before you book an appointment.

thank you for recommending Louise, my husband has had 4 acupuncture sessions with her already and more to follow.
He had another sperm analysis last week and his count has increased from 2.1million to  12 million, as you can imagine, we are very very happy   
Louse is great and we would highly recommend her.
