Zits West book, any recommendations?
« on: 18/07/14, 21:31 »
Hi all,

Just wondered if anyone has used the Zita West book?

I have the CD, even though we are waiting for IUI I have still found it very helpful. Just wondering if the book will be of the same use?

Any opinions appreciated  :)

I definitely recommend it - it gives lots of info on diet etc which I found helpful, and explains what your body is doing and why it might be. I was doing IVF and found the explanations of what was happening when and why a lot more informative than anything from my clinic!
