iui abroad

Hi all

We are considering iui with donor sperm due to  partners azoospermia.

My cycle means that it will be over Xmas holidays will be the next opportunity . Does anyone know how long I would be expected top be away for the procedure?

I've not done Iui abroad but have researched it.

For natural Iui it would be up to you taking ovulation sticks, when you get a positive call clinic, book flight and have Iui 24-36 hours later.  Could also get a private scan on day 10ish of your cycle to see your follicle growth. It does depend on clinic though and most close for Christmas.

Thanks but yes looks like I am going to need to wait until January which is annoying but hey oh.... not much else we can do I suppose.

we are also considering embryo adoption which will cost a good deal more.
