Eugin Clinic - Part 4!
Hi Evelyn sorry to hear your treatment
didn't give you the positive outcome you
were hoping for there's no answers why
it happens. I had 5th transfer using de
we moved clinics this cycle & had embryos
tested for pgs and got 6 normal ones
I had 2 transferred on 20:7 and am going
for my bloods tomorrow but I did hpt
today & it's negative I know how dissappointing
it is especially when we think this time
it will work. The clinic say to wait on result
to be sure but I'm not too hopeful.
Just want you to know there are others
our there who feel your pain x

    Hi Evelyn,

I am so very sorry to hear your news, very sad indeed.
Evelyn if you read the stories on this thread you will find many ups and downs and the majority ending in success.
Mainly you will find these ladies united in this dream and determined to succeed. Whats your journey Evelyn? do you have any frozen embryos after this cycle?
When you have this type of disappointment you feel like you have a mountain to climb, I have been there! but try and stay strong try and stay positive and be grateful, easy said i know. ^eyes^

I am off to Barcelona tomorrow....I will be waiting for the call to tell us that everything is good to go!  ^pray^ ^pray^ ^pray^praying for transfer Saturday or Sunday we fly home on Tuesday.

    Take care all

Hi Kane & able thanks for your post went
for bloods just waiting on results.
Yes we have 4 frozen pgs tested embryos
so if it hasn't worked I know it's implantation
is the issue yes I had scratch & did a mock
cycle and all my results were good normal
Levels. Transfers are always tricky getting
the catheter into the cervix don't know if this
is issue I also had immunes checked
blood high uterus low so confusing!
Hopefully we will try again soon & get
    a plan.
Just read you are going to Barcelona tomorrow
good luck hope all goes well!

Hi Kane and able unfortunately it was
<0.1 so hasn't worked I think my body
is rejecting the embryos as we had them
genetically tested this time and they were
Normal. I have had immunes tested bloods
and uterus so am getting another opinion
and going to get them retested and hopefully
if we can get the right treatment for these
my next FET will work I have 4 more on ice
Good luck in your 2ww fingers crossed for
    you it works xxx

    Hi Bambinoshar,

So sorry to hear your news but good for you for carrying on and being positive about the future you will get there, they just need to work out whats going on and I am sure they will fix it in an instant.

I am a little fed up  :'( I am trying to feel positive BUT, the last time we went over to Barcelona to find out our 3 frosties didn't survive the thaw, now i understand that can happen, its unusual but it happens so we put that down to bad luck.

This fresh cycle i requested a proven donor and was hopeful for lots of eggs then embryos. In the end we ended up...again with 5 fertilised on day of transfer. They transfered the best two but i don't think they were the best quality looking at the pics etc.
Today i found out that NONE of the others made it!! so NONE on ice. I am gutted I am just worried that if these eggs from this donor were not the best what chances have i got?
This donor was 21 years old so i don't understand whats going on with the eggs that i am getting....I am sorry about the rant but i feel upset  :'( and now having doubts ....

    Hi everyone

Sorry haven't been on here for a while .... I did get my period just over two weeks ago as planned and I started patches again on day one .... Went to Cambridge again on Sunday for day 14 scan (another 100) the lining measures 6.4mm which eugin said is fine but I'm not sure really .... Scan also showed a cyst in the uterus which was there on the last scan and eugin said isn't a problem but there is also small fibroid near the lining.

I attached the scan report and sent to eugin yesterday then this morning I'm bleeding ??!! I phoned clinic straight away in complete panic as today is due day for changing patches and I didn't know what to do .... They said if it's just brown ...yuk.....then not to worry and carry on but if it turns into actual full flow bleed then there's problem as obviously the lining is shedding.

I keep crying as I haven't done anything different .... Personally I think I have been on oestrogen too long (7 weeks) without implantation and I read this can cause breakthrough bleed. Don't know what I'm to do really ....Eugin are phoning me tomorrow to check if bleeding is continuing or stopped.

Sam try not to worry about the other eggs not making it as the ones they transfered will probably be fine .... I understand you feeling upset though but the donor was only 21 so she is young which is a big advantage ... Oh and yes the patches do make you feel bloated ... I'm usually a size 8 trousers but have gone up 2 sizes I'm now a size 12 cause of them patches.

    Anyway chat soon

Hope everyone else is ok .....sending love

Hi Kane and able do the clinic not guarantee
    a certain number of blasts?
How many cycles have you had with de?
We are with ivf Spain they guarantee minimum
of 5 blasts and if you don't get they start
another donor. They have high success rates
and offer pgs to see if embryos are genetically
normal which we had done this time we had
9 blasts and 6 tested normal I had 2 transferred
in July & had Nk uterine tests which showed
Lower levels to my blood so we gambled and
didn't do intralipids or high dose steroids
which I know we should have done.
Maybe check what their policy is for number
Of embryos or change clinics for another
opinion. It's hard to keep going this is my
5th cycle but I have to keep going and
You will find the strength tooxx
