Hi Mandy, I'd it erythromycin? I think that's what we took for a month too but can't remember.... You could try omeprazole, protects the tummy when taking antibiotics. Get a prescription from Serum or talk to your pharmacist and see if they can recommend something otc.

I've got some omeprazole so I'll take one tomorrow. I don't want to give up on it.

Try the ompeprazole but also don't take it on an empty stomach....have some toast or a couple of crackers (no dairy within a couple of hours each side though except butter)....

    Good evening all,
I have a question if anyone can answer?
So just had another bfn on a donor cycle and
I have to go back to serum on my next cycle for
    a medicated fet.What I am wondering is,any down regulation?
if not when do the embryo's get put back in your cycle?
Do you have a choice of dates to go out to athens or is this
    set by your lining?

    Feeling a bit confused!!
Thank you in advance ladies!!xx :)
    Darcy.

Darcy - sorry about your bfn hun  ^hugme^ I think with medicated FET with de it's no different to having an FET with your own egg....unlike a fresh donor cycle where you need to sync with the donor, on an FET, you just do it according to your own cycle.....I imagine it's easier and with no down reg unless you've got a reason for doing that.

    Hope you're doing ok   ^hugme^

Hi Darcy, if you have full medicated FET you've a bit more lee way with timings. I had downreg shot on day 21, then waited for AF which arrived as usual, started meds on day 2, then a lining scan day 10 and penny gave a date for transfer. But if you go for unmedicated then like grey says you go with natural cycle... I'm 7dp5dt so it's all still fresh in my head  :o

Hi grey! Hope all is well  :)

    Hi

So I contacted the clinic today to ask for some more progestronge and they have emailed me the prescription.
Has anyone had any issue getting this from an email?
I can print it off but I thought the chemist pharmacy will have to have a hard copy.
Also any idea where I can get this and roughly how much this could be?

    Xxx
