Had immunes testing at CRGH--they've moved in that direction recently, it seems...

briefly, NK cell count low but toxicity high. I'm willing to think those cancel each other out.

However, TNF-a:IL-10 cytokine ratio really pretty high. This is where ARGC would almost certainly prescribe Humira. I'm being offered intralipids + steroids.

Ideas? Reactions? Anyone have any experience? I feel really, really lost here. I've built up such a body of knowledge on TTC, but I'm entirely ignorant on immunes...
