Any positive stories for over 40's with own eggs?

I was on long protocol, 375menopur first cycle and 450 menopur second. Produced 16 eggs first cycle 10 the second. To be honest with you, from what I have seen in here there are 25-29 year olds who produce much less and 40 year olds with better results. I don't know. I guess it's the fertility lottery.

Also my main problem is mfi. When sperm increased i still conceived within 3 months edspite age

No cosmo at 40 I got 17 eggs on both cycles, around 10 fertilised on each too👍I had menopur & cetrotide 1st try and didn't like it at all, 2nd try was menopur, puregon and decapeptyl plus steroids and clexane (short flare protocol) ☺

I should say I had an AMH of 55 at 39 so very high egg reserve to start with as don't want to mislead anybody as I think that obviously impacts

Our problem is also mfi, but everything: morphology, count and motility and along the way, we found about hla matches asvwell thatvarise my nk cells.
