Newbie. 38 high fsh and hypothyroid.

Hi. Just wanted to introduce myself. Have a nearly three year old conceived in two months age 35. Stupidly left it until 38 to start thinking about number 2. Seven months in and nothing decided to get tested. Turns out am hypothyroid with hashimotos, high fsh (13.2) and low AMH (14.4). It's been the most hideous month with all of this information. Am starting ivf at Care in Manc in Feb IF my TsH is below 2.5. Has anyone conceived naturally with fsh that high?? Or am I clutching at straws ?

Hi, was checking back after a long time and saw your post.  Yes is the answer, and I was 39 - my son (second child) just turned one.  I know everyone's different but thought it might be encouraging for you to know.  Have hashimoto's, my fsh was at least as high as yours and my amh  was def lower.  I had acupuncture and Chinese herbs both times I conceived naturally (fsh and amh were pretty bad first time round too). Good luck x
