I hope this is the part of the forum to post this query. I am using donor sperm with a donor that I will meet in person (not frozen) in the US. I had a miscarriage in July and want to try and track my cycle for next month so that I have a vague idea of when to head over to the US. Does anyone have advice on the best OPK to use?
