Hi ladies, I hope you don't mind me crashing in. Does anyone know what the recommended intake is for Q10. I am taking 30mg tabs following the directions of one a day. Is this enough?

    Hi Mands,
Thought I would add my history for you, even though you have probably seen it a hundred times

1st ICSI June/July 2005, 450 Puregon on SP, with Synarel as d/reg. Stimmed 10 days, 8 Eggs, 7 mature, 5 fertilised, 3 embies (high grade) put back - BFN

2nd ICSI Sep/October 2005 - 600 Puregon then Merionel on SP. Cetrotide as d/reg. Stimmed 10 days. 8 Follies, but only 2 eggs collected as I ovulated early, both fertilised, 1x2cell, 1x8 cell - BFN

    3rd ICSI June/July 2006 - 600 Puregon then Merionel on SP, Cetrotide as d/reg. Stimmed 10 days with a reduction of Merionel dosage last 2 days (!!) - 9 Eggs, only 2 fertilised, 1x4 cell - BFN

As you can see, each cycle got progressively worse, quality-wise, though i did respond slightly better on 3rd icsi (acupuncture ?), I also waited 3 months for FSH to come down (Stressful  ^eyes^  ::)). I asked to have Synarel on 3rd ICSI instead of Cetrotide as was terrified of losing eggs again, but was told no.

JosieMosie - My tx has cost 7K-8K each cycle, as I did not need any immune drugs, but was on highest dose of stim drug on SP. So it is really hard to put a cost on it as so much depends on how your body responds, but I guess it could cost you anywhere from 6K to 12K ish.  Good luck !
