Bit embarressing this one, but i have to ask.

I'm on frontal suppositoris, cyclogest 400mg twice a day.

I have just, about ten minutes ago, inserted one then sat down.....but needed to go to loo and it fell out in 'melted form' down the loo.

Will it have already worked, or do I insert another one?

if I insert another one, will it harm the process?

I'm worried silly  ck over this now

I had the same thing but with the "other" end and I rang my clinic. They advised that the actual hormone is absorbed within 15 minutes. Because in my case I was over the 15 minutes they didn't tell me if I should insert another one or not. I would give your clinic a quick call.

I think sometimes we need a nudge to call these clinics.

I rang and she said not to insert andother, she said mine are strong and i will have got enough from it even in that short time.
