Hi,

I had EC last Thurs and ET on Sat morn.

After EC my tummy was a bit sore but too bad, but since having ET the pain is quite bad.  Sneezing wasn't fun!! also DH tried making me laugh, cheer me up etc, ouch!!! At one point I couldn't stand straight, its easing a bit now and isn't constant any more, comes and goes.  Is this normal?

Hi

You're probably still feeling a bit tender from EC but also the catheter that's inserted through cervix into womb during ET can cause some cramping and discomfort afterwards.

If you are at all worried maybe give your clinic a quick call as they are best qualified to suggest pain relief etc.
