I am still fairly new and have just started the journey but I have found the 'BAAF' website really good as a start point and they send out a very useful info pack- www.baaf.org.uk

The 'AdoptionUK' website is also good and has lots of info for those of us just starting - www.adoptionuk.com

Hi Cranberry

Have a look in the other thread about adopting from Russia, below.... I've posted a name and website address of a UK agency, PACT, which deals with international adoptions on there.

The DFeS also have brilliant pages on international adoption and the individual countries.

Do you know where you want to adopt from?  We're looking at China, although I understand Russia is anothe popular country, but more expensive.
