Hi

I am due to start IVF in the following weeks, starting nasal spray on 12th October. Is there anything else I should be taking apart from folic acid, everything I read says you should be taking loads of other vitamins, i.e. vit C etc. 

Could you give me some advice, seeing as I am starting shortly, I am beginning to feel a little apprehensive.

Is there anything else I could be doing to improve my chances.

Any advice gratefully received.

Although I didn't have IVF - we had IUI. Apart from taking the folic acid I was told to just eat plenty of fruit and veg, drink plenty of water, cut out alcohol and get plenty of rest.

Agree with what Kerry has said. If you want to take something extra then you could try a vitamin and folic acid mix like Pregnacare, Pronatal or Boot's own brand.
