was just wondering if anyone with pcos has tried any therapies and found it has really helped with the symptoms??

Hi Suzie

I used acupuncture and herbs to help with my PCOS. The combo regulated my periods and got my hormone levels to within totally normal range... Having said that, I have not managed to achieve pg naturally and was running out of time, so am now doing IVF...
