Dear Nurse,
I have a history of endometriosis. But down to diet changes I now have no pain and few signs of it. Just scar tissue. But I do have clots in my periods some months. I am 41 and trying to get pregnant!

A friend told me she was put on small dosages of baby asprin to help clotting and she became pregnant soon after. Is this a recommended thing to do?

It can help to thin the blood and therefore help blood flow to the uterus. It should only be 75mg daily and it is not suitable for those who suffer from asthma or have gastic ulcers.
