Hi, I am due to start ICSI next week but have a niggleing fear that I'm afraid to ask the nurses in the clinic in case they say I can't go ahead.

I had leep to remove moderate dysplasia (CINII) back in April this year.  My cycles are normal length but the only difference I notice is that if we have sex the week before my period is due I bleed (or have blood) straight after (then it stops and period arrives as normal a few days later).

Is this a sign that my cervix is weakened, and could this effect my ability to hold onto a baby???

Thanks for your help,
xx debs

It doesn't sound like a weakened cervix, maybe just more sensitive at this point of the cycle when the progesterone is highest.
