Thank you

Good Morning to everyone,

One of the question I am being asked a lot over the phone is regarding the waiting list for donors and how long the process takes.
I am always happy to say usually , for donors with more common European characteristics there is no waiting list.
The process can be very quick and can take about  2 months until transfer . Once all the initial screening test are ready we transport the semen sample to our clinic (if needed) and the Donors cycle commence . Recipient patient will be prepared here and when the eggs/embryos arrive back she will have the embryo transfer.

If you have more questions please post them here or contact us directly .

Thank you

I am being asked lot regarding the trasport of te eegs and embryos.
We puts the safety of your most precious cargo first!

When transporting frozen embryos, eggs and sperm samples across borders we use only on-board couriers. These professionals hand-carry the materials and do not undergo x-ray scans, ensuring optimal conditions.
Shipments are continuously monitored so we can provide you with the guarantees and assurances we are known for.

if you like to read more about our couriers you can check our website http://goo.gl/mmXVFm

Hi,

I am new to this forum and new to the idea of having egg donation treatment.  I have seen the name Manor IVF in advertising a bit.  Can you give me some more information about who you are?  And explain to me more about this embryo guarantee you have? It sounds too good to be true? (I hope its not). thank you Teegan

Hi Teegan,
Thank you for posting your question. I am sure you will learn a lot about egg donation using this forum. You will find a lot of information and support from everyone here and I hope you will soon be able to tell your successfull story :)
ManorIVF is an international IVF group headed by Australian and Israeli Fertility Specialists and Embryologists, all leaders in the field of Reproductive Medicine, and we operate fertility clinics in Israel, Cyprus and Ukraine. We offer varied fertility treatment for many couple around the world and we offer our successful egg donation program In the UK by transporting the donor eggs or created embryos to the UK for transfer. Our screening and procedure comply with HFEA regulation and all donors go through counselling and agree to have their identity release to the children born at 18.
Our guarantee is quite simple . we guarantee the recipient not only just the eggs but we also guarantee fertilisation and embryos. The number of embryo guarantee depends on the egg donation program.
You can find more information about our guarantee on our website http://manorivf.com/egg-donation/egg-donation-ivf-guarantee/

Thank you for the reply.  Not having to go overseas for treatment sounds very appealing.  I am still getting my head around how people just travel overseas from the UK for treatment.  I myself I don't think am so comfortable with that as I am not sure what I would get.  In Australia, it is not done so much at all.  I haven't got to a fertility specialist here in the UK yet..... I will but want to gain lots of understanding of how it works here first before I go see one.  If I want to have Manor IVF's treatment in the UK, do I just go to their clinic? Sorry I am confused. thank you Teegan

Good Morning and thank you for another important question.
There are many advantages in having the treatment done in the UK in a licenced clinic and apart from not having to travel (sometimes very last minute) it the fact that you can be sure that the donors are treated well and go through complete screening and counselling and as is HFEA compliant they also happy to be identified when the child reaches 18 and they sign the consent forms.
If you decide to have the treatment with ManorIVF I will be your main contact and coordinator through all the process.
I am based right here in UK and happy to have a meeting with you and explain all the information and process.
As a first step we recommend to have initial free phone consultation with our fertility specialist and than we will refere you to one of our collaborating clinics to start the treatment.

I hope you find it more clear now and I am happy to answer any question here or if you wish to contact me directly

I came to your stand on the weekend and had a good long chat. I really like the option to stay in the UK for treatment. I would really like to hear peoples thoughts and opinions? Is there a long wait for donors?
Hi Kinga and thank you for your question.
Thank you for visiting us at the fertility show. I hope you had a chance also to speak with Dr Barak.
I hope some of our patients are participation in this forum and they will share their experience with you.
If you decide to start you treatment with us there is usually no waiting time for us to find you with the right matching donor.
Having said that, if you really narrow the details on the donor characteristic form request, it might take slightly longer than usual and also if you need a donor from certain ethnic background, it might take longer time.
Most of our patient were able to have a matching donor profile within a week of signing and sending the donor characteristics form.

If you have any further questions you can contact us directly and we will be happy to help you

I did speak to Dr Barak thank you.  I also spoke with many other clinics who where also very helpful although some i got a little lost in their pricing and what happens if not good fert.  I think I (although my husband not so much) I have decided I want the donor to be know to our offspring.  This i think will be important to us and from what i understand alot of overseas clinics don't have this.  My friend had treatment at IVI some years ago, she said was good so also looking into that as well.  Anyway, thank you for the information i will keep reading the forum and doing my own research and see where we end up  :)

HI there
I phoned to request information on identity release donors from Europe. I live in Ireland but have dark eyes and hair. Do you have any Spanish identity release donors?
Where are the donors from?
Where do the transfers take place?
Are the eggs frozen or fresh?
Can you have an exclusive donor?
Do you have a co-ordinator in Ireland?
How much for an identity release, exclusive donor, icsi, blastocyst culture and embryoscope. We can cover our own medication?

Thank you

Hi And thank you for your question.
We sure have suitable donors with Dark hair and Dark eyes . We operate clinics both in Kiev (Ukraine) and in Cyprus and in both clinics we have Suitable donors with Dark hair and Dark eyes . The donors are usually Local but they can be from different ethnic or origin background. I am not sure if we have Spanish Donors but we sure have donors who looks much similar to Spanish origin .

We are collaboration with Origin Fertility in Ireland . if you choose to have the treatment with them they will give you all the details regarding the process and prices
and the transfer cycle of course will be at Origin Fertility clinic
For more details you can contact the clinic directly : 02890761713
http://www.originfertilitycare.com/contact/

Alternatively you can have the transfer cycle done in our collaborating clinic in London - if you contact us directly we will send you all the information regarding the prices and the process .

The donor eggs can be either vitrified and at times also fresh - it will depend on the treatment type you choose, your donor and your preferences of course .

Please contact us directly for more information or you may wish to contact origin fertility directly .

In any case I wish you best of luck

Hi Dochasach,

Just following your post, how did you go? I would love to hear your opinion?
Hi Kinga,

Nice to see you here again :)
I absolutely understand the importance of chatting with other patients and learning from their experience .
I will open thread for you all where you can chat and share your experience about and with ManorIVF. I will try to encourage some of our more experienced (and happily pregnant )patients to join in if they are registered here .

Thank you
