Hi everyone

I am on my first ivf course and have just been for my baseline scan, the nurse advised me that everything looks ok but my ovaries are a little bit polysystic, and my lining is 2mm nice and thin she says.  I have now started stimming so thats good.

I am presuming ths is all ok???????

Hi Dolly,

goodluck on your first treatment!  I was told that polycystic ovaries meant that you will respond well to stimming and hopefully get lots of follicles and eggs.

Best wishes.

Hi

I also have polycystic looking ovaries but not PCOS. Basically I've got cysts over both ovaries but not all the hormone imbalances that tend to go with the Syndrome. It's never caused me a problem with stimming and both times I've ended up with over 16 and 20 good quality eggs. Keeping everything crossed for you honey  ^reiki^ ^hugme^
