Hi girls,
I haven't posted on this board before. I am currently on cycle 4 of clomid (4/6 cycles). I have my next hospital appointment in January where i am expecting they may refer me to IUI if i haven't conceived on the clomid.
My question is about IUI on the nhs in Cambridgeshire. I am under Adenbrookes fertility unit and have no idea about waiting lists or costs for this area. Dh and i are saving up in case but it would be good to have an idea of what we might be facing.
Is anyone here having IUI/IVF on the nhs at Adenbrookes? If so what is the waiting period and how many attempts do you get? If you manage to raise funds to go private does that mean you forfit your nhs freebie?
Hopefully someone can help with this info. It's such a worry as you know.
