:( i have just been reading up on some pcos documents and have found out that the answer to this is NO it is better to avoid them,they can contain chemicals,additives,preservatives and artificial colourings so they are best avoided,pcos sufferers have a hormone/chemical imbalance and these foods aggrevate your condition.hope this is helpful news to some of you. :)

Hi all,

The biggest thing PCOS and Endo ladies should avoid is sugar, it will make our conditions much worse, we should try and avoid it altogether.

It will only make our hormones fluctuate more and cause more hormone imbalances.
