Please can you tell me if you know of any evidence linking Clomid to miscarriage?

No link that I am aware of otherwise it wouldn't be so widely used.

Hi Princess,

I have heard of this for many years.  Women who fall pregnant on clomid have a chance of miscarriage, but then so does anyone else who falls pregnant naturally!!

I have had to normal pregnancies, 3rd pregancy fell pregnant on clomid 2nd cycle and miscarried at 7 weeks!

Hi - I have just had an early mc at 5 weeks on clomid,  my doctor quoted some stupid  % figure of women who mc on clomid - don't know where he got it from but I had a look on net and it seemed not that much higher than the average % of pregnancy's that end in mc, before 8 weeks.  I know clomid can stop your womb lining from growing and that this can be a problem with implantation but I think clomid has little effect on mc after 8 weeks, when baby fully attached into womb.
