Hi, i have had two months on clomid, the first i ovulated with one follicle of 18mm and the second month i had small follicles on day 12 and none on day 16, i think they gave up lol! I'm now waiting for af to arrive so i can start puregon injections. Just wondered if anyone could advise me of their experiences with these two drugs?? Thanks, Yvonne x

I have had 4 months of clomid & am now having a clomid free month before starting IUI on letrazole & puregon.

I can tell you how clomid has been for me  !!!!

Letrazole is similar to clomid & can be used on it's own but most NHS cons don't prescribe it as it's more expensive but apparently the side effects are a lot less. I'll be on puregon to boost my follie growth rather than having injctions every day - I think I heard you can get hot flushes & headaches but I got those on clomid any way!
