Hi Everyone.

Has anyone taken these supplements for treatment and if so how long before and after treatment have you continued with them?

Also, what dosage did you take?

It can really vary! I did take them and I worked with a naturopath. I took 400 of a really strong variant for 3 months. However, my naturopath said he recommends 400-800. This was before IVF. I am trying very hard to transfer but want multiple more children so I plan on doing it again before our next round. Let me know if you have any more questions I would definitely recommend using supplements but that's just because of my own experience
