just a wee question from me

im 35+4 and ive had bad backache and cramps all day i spoke to my gp on the phone and she gave me a prescription for co codamol as we thought it could be my spd but its still there and now im wondering if i should phone my maternity unit and perhaps get checked out

i live on an island and we only have a mau with gps and my bump is breech so part of me is thinking perhaps i should get checked over incase something is happening as id have to be flown to the mainland

but i really dont want to be wasting the midwives time

Hi,

It's definitely worth being checked. You won't be wasting their time, it's much better to go in and everything turn out to be fine, than have an emergency on their hands. they can monitor you and see what's happening,
