Suffering with depression after miscarrying 6 months ago.  Some days are good others not so good.  Crying alot and getting very hot all over. Dont know whats going on with me.
Going for FET early next year and want to be prepared and ready for it.
Is there anything I can do to help me feel better  :(

I'm really sorry for your loss. All I can say what has helped me is exercise it's been like medicine to me. Getting out for walks too.

Have you had any counselling? Or seen your gp for some help I know for me antidepressants would be a last resort but they do help people. I was going the self help route more than anything.
