Hi girlies,

After my 6th cycle not working, hubby and i decided to have a clomid free month!
We'd been rowing quite alot recently so thought it would help.
I was just wondering if anyone nows if clomid would still be in my system?
And if anyone got a BFP straight after they've stopped taking it? would
be greatly appreciated.

Hi Lisa,

I stopped taking clomid after six months.  I got pregnant the next month.  I couldnt believe it!  My little boy is now almost 3!  I think it might have helped that I though, oh well its not going to happen now and I relaxed.  Next thing I know im pregnant.

I *believe* that the effects can lats a further 6 months - hope this isn't an urban myth - can anyone confirm

Ive heard that the effects of Clomid are cumulative so it must stay in your system at least 1 month if not more but Im afraid I cant confirm how long
