Hi,

Ive just had my ET, where they put back two 8 cell grade 2 embryo's.  I was so happy at my fertilisation as none previously.  Only problem is that Im really bloated, have sore ovaries and cramping and want to know if this will be a disadvantage to implantation and to the embryo's in general.  Is there anything I can do apart from drink water??? Also can you take co-enzyme Q 10 in two week wait??? ^reiki^

Sorry...to be over anxious

The best thing for mild OHSS is 3-4 litres of fluids a day, either water or milk or fruit juices; higher levels of protein foods and if in pain, take paracetamol 1gm regularly to help the ovaries go back down.
Good Luck!! ^reiki^
