Hi Ruth

Was wondering if you could help me. I start d/regging on January 5th and all being well egg collection on Jan 31st. This is our first cycle of ICSI.

Is it ok to exercise when d/regging & stimming ? I wouldn't be daft enough to do it after ec & et but was just wondering if it might cause problems for the follicles.

I sail & it can be fairly strenuous but it is only once a week. It's just that I hadn't really thought about it till now but I need to start letting some people down if it really isn't recommended.

Thanks for any advice you can give

I am all for people continuing with exercise during treatment and in my opinion makes no difference to outcome. As you say, once you get to egg collection alot of women prefer to put a hold on things and I support that view.
