Hi Everyone

Will be starting the 2ww soon, hopefully!! Was wondering how much you can and can't do during this time. I exercise quite alot, especially swimming. Do you think this is advisable during this time?

Thanks

Hi

I was advised by our clinic not to swim during the ^2ww^ as you are more at risk of infection.

The only thing I did was a leisurely walk every other day and found that, that was enough for me.

^goodluck^

Hi there
I carried on completely as normal but just at 80% (rather than the 110% i normally do!). Good idea to avoid chlorinated water acc to Zita West as this doesn't provide a positive environment for embie
Good luck!

For the first 4 or 5 days I didn't do much at all. We then went away for the weekend and i did a bit of walking and this week has been almost back to normal day to day wise but no excercise. I have a horse who is very pee'd off as she hasn't been ridden for a couple of weeks now. I was told not to ride, no jiggy excercises and no swimming.
