I had ET 3 days ago now and have been finding it really hard to feel warm - even with the heating on most of the time.  My lower back feels shivery inside (but warm to touch on the outside).  I'm so worried as I know it's important to keep back and tummy warm but not hot.  Will the embryos have perished?  DH keeps telling me not to worry but I can't help feeling that it's doing some damage.  Any thoughts or advice?

Congrats on being PUPO    (pregnant until proven otherwise ) 


Don't worry about those precious embies honey - honestly your natural body temperature will adjust to keep them cozy and warm!  No matter how chilly you feel on the outside, they are snug and warm on the inside
