Sorry if this has been asked a thousand times before  :) Mods - feel free to move me or point me in the right direction

I am trying to collate as many policies as possible relating to Fertility Treatment, whether it be that Fertility is linked into the sickness absence policy or it is stand alone.  Could you please pm me or reply to this thread letting me know what policy your company has in relation to having time off for fertility treatment.

My organisation has just tried to amend our current Sickness Absence Policy to include Fertility Treatment, stating that no time will ever be allowed off as paid leave for Fertility Treatment as it is purely an elective procedure!  I am trying my best to gather as much information from other organisations as ammunition for them to change their mind.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
