Hi,

Just wanted to share some info about yoga.

I have been looking for a yoga class specifically for fertility in the North West for awhile and came across a lady doing classes in Liverpool.

It is a short 4 week course and I have found it really beneficial.

The teachers name is Marion.

If there's more interest I guess she will arrange more dates.

I have found it really useful to relax my mind and she has made it personalised for different ladies experiences. I highly recommend the teacher and class.

Just to let you ladies know, the yoga teacher - Marion has started another course from this Friday.

The only reason I am telling everyone about it is if she has a lot of interest she will keep the classes/course going. So I am being purely selfish   

Truly, I find it very beneficial.

This is something I would be interested in, but is the classt still at the time stated as in the link in your original post 2-3:15?
I would be intetested if she ran a class outside of normal working hours (9-5)!

Yep me too I can't go in the day due to work, can only go after 5 but doesn't seem to be a class on?
