Hello ladies

I am 28 and going through my first cycle of ICSI, i am being very brave and am on my 5th day of Suprecur injections, mind my Mum is having to do them  :-\ .. i am starting to feel real emotional :'( is this normal? Also in the area of my injection, i have red patches, is this norma, sometimes they fade quick at other times they last longerl?

Hello Virgo,

I think the emotional thing is more to do with how worked up you become because its such an anxious time.  I was pretty low key about doing clomid and IUI previously, but once I started doing the IVF I felt it to be totally consuming.

Don't know about red patches, but no doubt I would sometimes get brusing, but then other days be as clean as a whistle.  I'm sure though its all perfectly normal.

You may start to feel more bloating as you get close to your EC/ET days which can last quite a while, several weeks in fact in my case, though again I think some suffer differently to others.

Good luck!
